SOFTWARE FOR MIXED-ACTIVITY VENUES
Family entertainment centre software for activities and on-site sales
Configure the activities available at your venue, with their own schedules, attendee choices and capacity rules. Add the relevant arrival, kiosk and staff sales functions, then confirm how each part of the visit works in your setup.
Several activities can be configured at one location. This does not by itself establish one combined booking, shared capacity or admission across every attraction.
CONFIGURE EACH ACTIVITY
Give each activity the booking rules it needs
Assign activities to the relevant location and configure the choices customers can make. Keep each activity’s requirements clear rather than assuming one rule fits the whole venue.
Schedules and availability
Configure activity duration, availability windows and breaks around the sessions you offer.
Attendee categories
Set the relevant attendee categories, prices and supported dependencies. Confirm the customer information required for each activity.
Capacity and booking limits
Guest capacity and booking-count limits are separate controls. They do not establish a shared capacity pool across different attractions.
Optional booking choices
Products, table selection or hire options can be included per slot where configured. Confirm what each choice reserves or adds to the booking.

UNDERSTAND THE BOOKING SCOPE
Several activities are not automatically one combined visit package
Customers can choose from configured activities, and multi-slot selection is supported where enabled. Selecting several slots does not by itself establish a booking across different attractions.
If you need a combined attraction checkout, bundled admission or a sequence of activities, ask to see that complete journey. Confirm how availability, payment and arrival checks apply to each part before offering it.
CUSTOMER DETAILS AND CHECKOUT
Apply the requirements of the selected activity
Customer information
Collect the details required by the configured booking journey. Guest checkout can omit attendee names and must not be treated as a named participant list.
Required waivers
An activity requiring a waiver needs a selected template and guest checkout disabled. Confirm the signing journey and which attendees are covered.
Payment and confirmation
Online payment requires the relevant gateway setup. Booking confirmation depends on configuration and the recorded payment result.
RECEPTION AND CHECK-IN
Check each booking against its arrival requirements
Staff can use booking search or booking QR lookup to assess readiness. The supported checks take account of the booking window, status, payment and waiver requirements.
A configured kiosk can provide a separate customer-facing check-in option. Demonstrate how staff assist visitors who cannot complete that journey.
Booking check-in does not establish movement tracking between attractions, repeat-entry rights or a live count of everyone inside the venue.
PURCHASES DURING THE VISIT
Add staff POS for café and product sales
Staff can select products, find customers and handle eligible orders through the POS workflow. Where configured, eligible preparation items can reach the kitchen display at supported release stages.
These sales functions can sit alongside activity bookings. Their presence does not establish a single shared bill, stored-value account or cashless wristband across the venue.

SUPPORTING VENUE FUNCTIONS
Choose the additional tools your operation needs
Group activity bookings
Use configured attendee categories and quantities for shared visits. Confirm party packages, exclusive spaces and cross-activity arrangements separately.
Membership benefits
Configure supported membership plans and selected discounts. A membership record does not by itself provide unlimited admission or access to every activity.
Reporting
Review the supported booking, payment, product and other report areas with the available filters and permissions. Do not assume a report tracks each visitor’s movement through the venue.
TEST THE CONNECTIONS
Demonstrate the visit you intend to sell
List the activities
Identify the schedule, attendee and capacity requirements for each activity rather than treating the venue as one undifferentiated booking.
Follow the customer’s purchase
Check whether the required journey is one activity, several slots or a combined experience. Demonstrate any connection between them.
Review arrival and staff procedures
Confirm waiver checks, booking readiness and staff assistance. Identify any physical admission or safety procedures outside the software.
Confirm on-site sales and terms
Demonstrate relevant café or product sales, then confirm the modules, equipment, payment connections and service terms included in the quotation.
QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU CHOOSE
Family entertainment centre software questions
Can several activities be configured at one venue?
Yes. Activities can be assigned to a location with their own configured schedules, attendee choices and capacity rules.
Can customers book different attractions in one checkout?
That combined journey is not established by activity selection or multi-slot booking alone. Ask to see how the particular cross-attraction purchase you require is handled.
Can activities share one capacity limit?
Shared capacity across attractions is not established by the activity-level controls described here. Confirm any shared space, equipment or resource constraint separately.
Can bookings and café sales be supported in the same venue setup?
Relevant booking and staff POS functions can be configured for the venue. This does not automatically establish a shared bill, stored-value balance or linked admission entitlement.
Does the system include arcade credits, cashless wristbands or unlimited attraction passes?
Those functions are not established by the booking, loyalty or membership records described here. Demonstrate each required entitlement or payment journey separately before relying on it.
