Gym class booking software and reception EPOS

CLASS BOOKINGS AND RECEPTION SALES

Gym Class Booking & POS Software

Configure bookable gym classes as timed activities, set booking limits and review arrivals against booking records. Staff can also use POS for separate product sales at reception.

Eligible membership discounts depend on the configured plan, activity or product and sales channel. These functions do not establish general gym admission or a connected member-entry system.

Configure the classes customers can book

Class times

Set an activity’s duration and weekly availability windows, with optional gaps between sessions. This provides a timed booking structure; instructor, room and equipment scheduling need separate confirmation.

Places and bookings

Set the number of capacity-consuming attendees a slot can accept. A separate booking-count limit controls how many booking records can occupy that slot.

Booking choices and availability

Customers can select available slots through the configured booking widget. Staff calendar and booking functions support reviewing slots and remaining availability.

Distinguish member discounts from admission rights

Eligible activity and product discounts

Configured memberships can provide discounts on selected activities or products. Benefits depend on eligible active status and the channels enabled for the plan.

Separate entitlement requirements

A discount does not establish included classes, permission to book, visit allowances or unlimited gym access. Confirm any of these requirements through a demonstrated membership workflow before including them in your setup.

Membership records and scannable credentials do not, by themselves, establish a reception entry process or gate integration.

Check a class booking at reception

Staff booking search and booking QR check-in can assess the relevant timing, payment and waiver readiness for a booking.

This is a booking-based arrival check. It does not demonstrate scanning a membership credential for an ordinary gym visit, recording general member entry or granting access through a gate.

If both processes are required, ask to see each one separately and confirm whether any connection between them is supported.

Handle reception product sales separately

Staff POS supports selecting configured products and recording sales using the payment methods enabled for the setup. Some payment choices record an externally processed payment; integrated collection requires compatible configuration.

Reception sales can coexist with class bookings and membership records. This does not establish a combined checkout, automatic booking-to-sale handoff or shared admission entitlement.

Bring these gym requirements to your demonstration

  1. A representative classShow the timetable, duration and attendee capacity you need. Identify any instructor, room or equipment allocation separately.
  2. A specific membership benefitDemonstrate the eligible activity or product discount in the intended channel. Test included visits or booking permissions separately if required.
  3. Two different arrival casesReview a customer arriving for a booked class and a member arriving without a class booking. Do not assume they use the same credential or process.
  4. A reception saleConfirm the products, payment equipment and any required connection to a booking or membership record.

Each additional location is priced separately; ask about a possible multi-location discount. Plan eligibility still depends on the relevant configured workflow and the offered setup. Appointment requirements are discussed rather than a promise of dedicated appointment booking. Confirm the customer-facing reservation journey, equipment, printer connection, paid membership billing, payment processing, support and contract terms in a written quote. Trials require verification and approval.

Gym booking and EPOS questions

Can I offer timed gym classes?

Classes can be represented as configured activities with durations, availability windows and booking limits. Confirm that this activity-based structure fits your classes. Instructor and resource scheduling are separate requirements.

Can a membership discount a class booking?

Selected activity discounts are supported where the membership is eligible and active and the relevant channel is enabled. Ask to see the exact plan and booking channel you intend to offer.

Does membership include classes or unlimited gym entry?

Those entitlements are not established by the membership discount functions described here. Included classes, visit allowances and unlimited admission need separate product confirmation.

Can reception scan a member’s QR code for entry?

Booking QR check-in is supported, but it does not prove general gym entry using a membership credential. Request a demonstration of the exact member-arrival process if that is required.

Does this manage trainers, rooms or recurring class bookings?

These specialist scheduling functions are not established by the supplied activity-booking evidence. Confirm instructor assignment, resource-conflict protection and recurring customer bookings before relying on them.
