Trampoline park booking software for timed sessions and arrivals

BOOKINGS AND EPOS FOR TRAMPOLINE PARKS

Trampoline Park Booking Software

Configure activities, session times and attendee capacity, then connect bookings with the applicable waiver and arrival checks. Add the on-site sales functions your park needs while keeping staff safety and admission procedures clearly defined.

Activities requiring a waiver need a selected waiver template and guest checkout disabled. Booking and waiver records do not replace your park’s safety procedures.

BUILD THE SESSION SCHEDULE

Configure when activities run and how places are booked

Activity duration

Set the duration of the configured activity. Confirm how that duration relates to the session customers select and the timetable staff operate.

Availability and breaks

Configure availability windows and breaks around the activity schedule. Demonstrate the actual dates and sessions you intend to offer.

Attendee capacity

Set guest-capacity limits separately from booking-count limits. One booking may contain several attendees.

Multiple slots

Multi-slot selection and associated discounts are available where configured. Selecting several slots does not by itself establish an extension to a session already underway.

THE CUSTOMER BOOKING

Make the activity and attendee choices clear

Choose the activity

Customers select from the activities available through the configured booking journey. Names and descriptions should accurately explain what the visit includes.

Select attendees and a session

Customers choose attendee categories, quantities and an available date and slot. Category dependencies and capacity treatment must match the configured activity.

Complete the required checkout

Collect the applicable customer details and use the configured payment journey. Payment and confirmation depend on the gateway setup and recorded result.

Optional products or extras can be included where configured. Their presence does not establish mandatory sock purchases, age or height enforcement, or a particular safety requirement.

Demonstration booking widget showing selectable sample activities.
Sample activity choices, not a live trampoline park catalog. Activity names do not establish exclusive access or safety controls.

WAIVERS BEFORE CHECK-IN

Use the appropriate checkout for waiver-required activities

Required-waiver setup

Select the relevant waiver template and disable guest checkout for an activity that requires a waiver. Confirm the signing journey and which attendees the record covers.

Guest checkout

Guest checkout may be available for suitable activities without a required waiver. It can omit attendee names, so category quantities should not be treated as a named participant list.

Recording signer information does not establish verified guardian authority. Waiver records also do not prove completion of a safety video or briefing unless that separate workflow has been demonstrated.

THE ARRIVAL CHECKPOINT

Check booking readiness before recording arrival

Staff can find bookings through search or booking QR lookup. Availability to check in depends on the configured window, booking status, payment and waiver requirements.

Demonstrate how your team handles bookings that are not ready to check in. Individual-attendee admission, partial group arrivals and repeat entry need their own confirmed process.

A configured kiosk offers a separate customer-facing check-in journey. It does not establish access-gate control or verification of a participant’s age, height or ability.

DURING THE SESSION

Keep software indicators and staff procedures distinct

Session colors and voice announcements are available subject to configuration. Walk through their timing and the actions staff take when using them.

Physical wristbands remain a venue procedure unless a separate issuance workflow is established. Do not assume these functions provide live occupancy, automatic overstay handling, zone capacity or permission to enter equipment areas.

SALES AROUND THE VISIT

Add relevant on-site functions without assuming extra entitlements

Café and product sales

Use the supported staff POS workflow for on-site products. Eligible preparation items can reach a configured kitchen display at the supported release stage.

Group activity bookings

Configure bookings with multiple attendee categories and quantities. This does not establish exclusive park areas, party packages or private room allocation.

Membership benefits

Consider configured memberships and selected discounts where relevant. Unlimited jumping or automatic admission requires a separately demonstrated entitlement.

Each additional location is priced separately; ask about a possible multi-location discount. Plan eligibility still depends on the relevant configured workflow and the offered setup. Appointment requirements are discussed rather than a promise of dedicated appointment booking. Confirm the customer-facing reservation journey, equipment, printer connection, paid membership billing, payment processing, support and contract terms in a written quote. Trials require verification and approval.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU CHOOSE

Trampoline park booking software questions

Can customers book timed activity sessions?

Yes. Configured activities support date and slot selection, attendee categories and quantities, with the relevant availability and capacity rules.

Can an activity require a waiver and still use guest checkout?

No. A waiver-required activity needs the selected template and guest checkout disabled. Confirm the signing and check-in workflow for that activity.

Does the software verify age, height or guardian authority?

Those checks are not established by attendee categories or recorded waiver information alone. Demonstrate any required software controls and define the staff procedures that remain necessary.

Can session colors or announcements manage admission automatically?

No automatic admission process is established. These functions are configuration-dependent communication tools; they do not by themselves control gates, wristbands, zones or live occupancy.

Are party packages, session extensions or unlimited membership entry included?

Those capabilities are not established by general activity booking, multi-slot selection or membership records. Ask to see the specific journey or entitlement before offering it.
