Complete the journey
The customer follows the activity booking steps and the resulting booking appears in the relevant staff records.
Use the supported booking route precisely
The booking setup provides three levels of link: location list, one location’s activities and one activity. The direct activity route can be presented as an appointment when the service is configured for it.
Provider assignment, a staff diary, recurring appointments, deposits, reminders and no-show rules should only be described when separately demonstrated for the intended setup.
