CINEMA OPERATIONS

Cinema Concession Sales & Admission Setup

Bring customer bookings, arrival checks and counter sales into a venue setup that reflects the parts of a cinema operation you want to manage.

A film can be represented as a configured activity, and seating can be planned as selectable layout objects. Seat-level locks, cinema tickets and showtime controls still need a live demonstration.

How the configured journey works

List the activity

Use the configured activity and session tools to describe the movie or event and its available times.

Plan the seating

The owner proposes adding seat objects to Table Management. Confirm the exact selection, capacity and overlap rules before presenting them to customers.

Sell at the counter

Staff can sell configured concession products through POS. Packaged retail and prepared food follow their respective configured workflows.

Separate cinema-specific promises from general tools

The planning diagram shows a screen opposite rows of seat dots. It demonstrates a proposed layout pattern only. It is not evidence of reserved-seat inventory, auditorium management or ticket issuance.

A booking QR and a generic check-in flow do not automatically become cinema admission. A tailored demo must show what a cinema customer receives and what staff validate at arrival.

What to confirm for your business

  • Test one screening and one seat choice through customer booking and staff view.
  • Confirm whether seat holds and double-booking protection are present before describing allocated seating.
  • Projection, distributor reporting and film scheduling are outside the established evidence.

Choose your plan

Each additional location is priced separately; ask about a possible multi-location discount. Plan eligibility still depends on the relevant configured workflow and the offered setup. Appointment requirements are discussed rather than a promise of dedicated appointment booking. Confirm the customer-facing reservation journey, equipment, printer connection, paid membership billing, payment processing, support and contract terms in a written quote. Trials require verification and approval.

Common questions

Can we sell food and drinks?

The configured POS can sell eligible products. Preparation routing is a separate setup decision.

Can customers choose exact seats?

Seat objects can be drawn in a proposed layout, but customer seat selection and conflict protection require an end-to-end demonstration.

Does a booking QR replace a cinema ticket?

Not necessarily. Confirm the actual customer entitlement and staff admission procedure for the proposed setup.
