Start with the tasks your team handles, then explore the relevant software in detail.
A restaurant service
A guest reserves a table, arrives, orders food and pays. Table management, reservations, POS, kitchen display and configured payments support the relevant stages.
A family activity visit
A family selects a session and attendee categories, completes any required waiver and checks in. Staff can then handle café purchases and the session-end process.

A venue shop
Staff scan products, take payment, review stock and prepare supplier orders. Sales and purchasing tools support the shop alongside the wider venue.
Choose the equipment that supports the job
Reception may need a terminal and scanner; food service may use a kitchen display or printer; customer self-service may use a kiosk. The equipment and payment connections must match the software workflows selected for your venue.
Your questions answered
Frequently asked questions
Does every industry use the same modules?
No. A restaurant table service, a timed activity session and a venue shop use different combinations of booking, sales and management tools. We will discuss the workflows relevant to your business.
Can one venue combine activities, food service and retail?
Relevant booking and EPOS modules can be configured around those parts of the visit. Tell us how customers move between them so we can demonstrate the required journey and payment setup.
Does the system include specialist scheduling or access control?
Do not assume that a timed booking includes staff rosters, lane allocation, treatment-room scheduling or physical door access. Tell us what you need so the exact workflow and any connections can be checked.
Do you provide complete hotel or cinema management systems?
The uses described here are hotel dining, activities and retail, or cinema concessions and suitable timed admissions. Hotel room management, cinema seat allocation and film scheduling are outside this overview.
What if my business type is not listed?
Tell us what customers book, buy or hire and how your staff manage the visit. We can discuss which existing functions fit and identify requirements that need further investigation.
