MULTI-ACTIVITY VENUES

Amusement Park POS & Booking Software

Set up activities and time slots, let visitors book through a linked or embedded journey, and give staff the booking and POS tools configured for each venue.

This is a configurable activity and arrival setup, not a claim of one park-wide pass, ride-control system or automatic entitlement across attractions.

How the configured journey works

Book the activity

Visitors choose an eligible activity, attendee category and available slot through the configured booking link or embedded widget.

Prepare arrival

Email waiver links can be configured where required. A kiosk or staff check-in can prompt or check the relevant waiver status before admission.

Manage the day

Staff use the calendar, booking lookup, check-in and POS for configured activities, products and walk-ins.

Capacity and arrival rules need the right scope

The configuration can set limits at both activity and venue level, with a warning when adding overlapping activity capacity would exceed the chosen venue limit. Confirm the exact rule on a fictional schedule before relying on it operationally.

A visitor seeking a second attraction needs a separate entitlement unless the proposed setup explicitly demonstrates a combined product. Guest checkout and walk-in routes should be tested against the venue’s data and waiver requirements.

What to confirm for your business

  • Demonstrate a purchase, arrival and second-attraction request with fictional customers.
  • Confirm waiver, missed-slot, venue-capacity and walk-in behaviour for the specific configuration.
  • Ride safety, height rules, physical gates and queue control are separate venue requirements.

Choose your plan

Each additional location is priced separately; ask about a possible multi-location discount. Plan eligibility still depends on the relevant configured workflow and the offered setup. Appointment requirements are discussed rather than a promise of dedicated appointment booking. Confirm the customer-facing reservation journey, equipment, printer connection, paid membership billing, payment processing, support and contract terms in a written quote. Trials require verification and approval.

Common questions

Can visitors book activities online?

Yes, where the configured booking widget or link exposes those activities and slots.

Does one booking cover every attraction?

Not automatically. Confirm the product and entitlement for each attraction or combined offer.

Can staff handle walk-ins?

POS and guest-checkout routes can support walk-ins. Confirm the information and waiver procedure required at your venue.
