LOCATION-SPECIFIC VENUE SETUP
Multi-Location POS & Booking Setup
Configure venue details, assign activities and choose which customer and staff modules are enabled at each location. Build the setup around the work each venue needs, with location-specific table layouts and relevant product and stock records.
Location-specific settings do not automatically establish shared pricing, cross-site staff access or consolidated reporting. Confirm the connections your operation needs.
DEFINE EACH VENUE
Maintain the details behind each location
Business and contact details
Record the venue name, business details, contact information and address for each location.
Regional settings
Configure the location’s country, currency, time zone and tax settings. Confirm how those settings apply to the transactions and reports you use.
Venue presentation
Associate an image with the venue record for the supported customer-facing journey. Use imagery that accurately represents the location.
ENABLE THE RELEVANT WORKFLOWS
Configure activities and modules by venue
Locations can have assigned activities and their own enabled booking widget, POS, kiosk and kitchen display settings.
Activities and venue capacity
Assign activities to the relevant location and configure its venue-capacity setting. Confirm how venue and activity rules interact in the booking journey.
Booking journey settings
Configure the available product-step and administration-charge visibility settings for the venue’s booking setup.
POS and self-service options
Enable the relevant POS and kiosk functions for the venue. The complete customer and staff journeys depend on the associated configuration.
Kitchen display settings
Configure kitchen display availability and ticket-purge settings by venue. Eligible products and order-release rules still determine the preparation workflow.
CUSTOMER LOCATION SELECTION
Let customers choose the venue for their activity
The configured booking widget supports location and activity selection. Customers can choose from the locations presented through that journey before continuing with the available booking steps.
Confirm which venues and activities should appear and how the rest of the booking journey behaves for each location. Customer location selection does not by itself establish moving an existing booking between venues.
LOCATION-ASSOCIATED RECORDS
Keep operational settings connected to the relevant venue
Table layouts
A visual table layout is associated with its location. Configure the table setup for the venue where it will be used.
Product and stock organization
Stock items carry location information, and categories can be assigned by location. These records do not by themselves establish central price publication or stock transfers between venues.
VENUE VIEWS AND REPORTING
Confirm the scope of each management view
The daily operational dashboard relates to a selected venue. Reporting also supports selected periods and organization scope.
Confirm the location coverage, filters and calculations of the view you need. A selected-venue dashboard or organization-scoped report is not necessarily a side-by-side comparison or consolidated financial report.
PLAN THE CONNECTIONS BETWEEN SITES
Establish what should be local and what should be shared
List each venue’s requirements
Identify its activities, booking journey, table setup and required POS, kiosk or kitchen functions.
Define staff and customer access
Explain who needs to work across locations and which venues customers should be able to choose. Ask to see the supported access and selection journeys.
Demonstrate shared processes
Confirm any need for shared prices, customer benefits, transfers or combined reporting separately. Do not assume one location setting provides all of those connections.
QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU CHOOSE
Multi-location setup questions
Can different venues have different enabled modules?
Booking widget, POS, kiosk and kitchen display settings can be configured by venue. Confirm the associated functions, plan requirements and access needed for each location.
Can customers select a location when booking?
Yes. The configured public booking widget supports location and activity selection. Confirm which locations and activities should be presented.
Can each venue have its own table layout?
A visual table layout is associated with a location, allowing the table setup to reflect the relevant venue.
Does one product or price change automatically update every location?
Central product and price publication is not established by the location settings described here. Demonstrate the update process you require before relying on it.
Can staff work across locations and customers share membership benefits?
Cross-location staff access and shared customer, membership or loyalty behaviour need separate confirmation. Location records alone do not establish those permissions or benefits.
Can I transfer stock or compare all locations in one report?
Stock transfers and side-by-side or consolidated reporting are not established by this location configuration. Ask us to demonstrate those specific requirements.
